They worst customer service i have ever experienced. I brought my partner a pair of boots for Christmas. They turned up in a horrible state which were obviously returned to them. I thrn brought another pair which arrived in a worse state.
I have been back and forth for over a week now. Speaking to countless people via messenger (no phone number and no response to my emails.) i have been asked for the same information more than 10 times, despite it being in one thread. All signing off as Gemma as if its one person.
I have asked to speak to someone on the phone 6/7 times, each time this was ignored.
I now have to send back both items(which they will probably resell) then i will have to wait up to 14 days for a refund. Discusting service. Never again
