Non existent ‘customer services’ .
Returned an item, and heard nothing. The item was returned to HOF ( tracked by Royal Mail) but I received no communication re., item and got no refund. Despite several emails and ‘chats’, haven’t received a refund of nearly £200.
Shocking service from a company that once upon a time had a very good reputation. Avoid HOF like the plague /COVID
