My gift voucher from my daughter did not work. The code didnt work despite being copied and pasted - no gaps - so not entered incorrectly as they seem to be trying to get away with.
They will not answer why it did not work or where my daughters hard earned money will go. In their pockets now they are not honouring the voucher.
