I am disgusted with their customer service, I was sent a feather and down quilt that smelt terrible even after 5 days, I returned it paid for by myself, I asked for a replacement hypo allergenic but they sent the same one in a smaller size. They said they would refund the postage for both items, one faulty, one not ordered, I have still not received the refund after many communications x 20 I am disgusted and will never buy from house of Fraser again.
I will not give up they still owe me
