I don't think I'll be buying anything on-line from House of Fraser again. You have to pay postage regardless of how much you spend even if you opt to collect in store. Returns can only be posted back to HOF and the customer is responsible for the postage. In this day and age!....I'll take be voting with my feet and take my custom else where.
