Poor customer service from managers. Stock that doesn't scan with correct prices, or doesn't scan at all... and then staff have to run around the store to find a supervisor to help them. All the time the customer is waiting sometimes 10 or 15mins... waiting for help. The store is like a ghost town as hardly anyone shops there now! So you'd think the managers would have plenty time to provide good customer service... rather than getting defensive with customers when they (rightly) complain! Personally I would shop somewhere else in future!
