Dear Customer services, I would just like to add, the entire process from start to finish is the worst experience I have ever had to go through, Nearly £300 taken from my account and 3 weeks later still nothing just an offer of a refund in 3 to 5 working days, so at that rate my order was placed for next day delivery 31st May it could be a month, I have had to chase daily for updates and had so many different replies and very confusing.
