Terrible customer service system in place. Web chats not fit for purpose and e mail response have not provided any resolution to my problem yet ‘closed down the ticket’.
My complaint was relating to my purchasing two of the same products and only receiving one. I have not received a refund for an item costing nearly £100.00. House of Fraser’s reputation and integrity has clearly a lot to be desired.
