Good Morning. I have a missing parcel of House of Fraser. I'm trying tirelessly to get in touch via chat and email but no one responds. The EVRI company said they made the delivery but it never came to me. This company has been leaving expensive items lying on the ground without any security in the building next door. I'm tired of saying that I'm always at home to receive any and all parcels in hand, but they never press the bell.
