Awful customer service
Do not buy from HOF
They do not refund postage or delivery fees for faulty products and go round and round the houses
In the end I gave up
They are incompetent, evasive, illiterate and not the brightest bulbs in the box
Didn’t know if it was a deliberate attempt to dodge refunding the charges or whether they are actually just incompetent
