Drive to the Carlisle store for Christmas gifts !! Spent alot of money got home only to find a a expensive jumper still had the tag on ! Two young girls in the desk to busy talking to each other now have to travel 45 minutes to have tag removed. Customer service number a joke you ring many times and different times no one answers and your call get cut of after 3 minutes.
