bought some items but 10 days later still not arrived. HoF refusing to refund as they have to wait for courier to respond even after courier claims they have not received parcel. very rude web chat who cut me off when i asked for a refund which by consumer law they cannot refuse. would not recommend buying online from them. no customer service at all.
