After buying Christmas gifts from Frasers I had an expensive zipper to return that was too small on the body, after looking on the website I very quickly noticed that the word refund was not being mentioned, I phoned customer service and asked if I could return an item and have a refund and to my surprise I was told yes just return to the store for a full refund, when I returned to store I was told it would only be a credit note, i said I spoke to customer service whom advised otherwise and the store assistant said that Frasers Return Policy is terrible. I know legally there not doing anything wrong but I paid with cash so expect cash back if returning something that is of no good to me, I will not shop in this store again, I also paid 4.99 for a delivery for an order and 2 items had to be returned and I paid £4.99 again to return them.
