This company is terrible. Customer service is appalling and they are thiefs. Robbing customers of refunds, rude and not a clue what they are doing. I have been waiting for months for refund for goods i never got. They just pass you around in circles. Trading standards and @Martin Lewis need to know about this. CEO needs to step up game and resolve this and get staff that actually know what they are doing!
