I ordered 2 sofas, when they arrived 1 was faulty, 2 zips wouldn't do up, i chased HoF and a month later an scs man arrived and told me he couldn't fix it. it would have to be taken apart in my lounge! I have been in constant contact with Hof, from the ceo ( noddy@hof.co.uk), but only got an email from a minion
A week later they keep saying tried to contact you, despite both phones with me at all times
Contacted the furniture ombudsman, to complain & arrange a refund
Awful uncaring don't give a damn attitude
Won't be buying from H o F again
