House of Fraser can provide some nice products but it's customer service is terrible. You have to pay for orders and returns and cannot even get your money back on inhouse returns (like Sports Direct). I recently ordered a pair of shorts in the same size as other items I ordered but it was so inaccurate in its sizing (far too large) that I sent pictures proving my point and asked that they cover just my return postage. They refused. I would avoid shopping there again for this reason.
