My parcel , despite paying extra for quick delivery, was left outside the wrong house. No attempt to ring the bell just abandoned on the front garden. The house is vacant presumably someone walking passed stole it. These things happen but there is no way of contacting anyone at House of Fraser. No phone numbers, just AI bots and automated emails.
