“There is no customer service at all . No contact number to contact anyone . I ordered on 14th of October and still waiting for order. It’s been with Evri and not moved for days. assumed lost. Updates shocking and requested refund but being ignored House of fraser is acting like fraud small company where they take money and there is no one you can reach for any problems . I will 100% avoid house of fraser from now on. They then said I could cancel my order if I didn't want to wait an indefinite time for my order to arrive. I agreed to have my order cancelled.
