I wanted to place an order for 4 designer coats , I couldn't decide which ones I wanted to keep and wanted to know the charge it would be to return unwanted items, tried every which way to SPEAK with a customer service advisor to no avail, reading all these reviews I've now changed my mind and WILL NOT be ordering anything from house of frazer.
Shame on you for your lack of customer service support.
