Plymouth store. Ladies toilets awful. Not clean anywhere. I decided not to use them. I was going to purchase cosmetics in store but as all the staff in that department were busy talking and making up each other I gave up.
I cannot comment on online shopping as I’ve always enjoyed the in store experience but it needs a deep clean and attentive staff.
In store Cafe Nero also dirty. Not a pleasant experience. Other shoppers I spoke to agreed.
