By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been wrongfully accused of wearing a coat, as only tried on for size!! I bought two sizes. Sent both back as unsuitable, now no refund on on the one item! ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTED with house of frazer. Will never use them again. They have stolen my money off me. Financial Ombudsman will be contacted.
