Returned a pair of shoes worth over £100 tried on to fit too small
So boxed back up and sent straight back. I am a size 7 and ordered size 7. Received an email saying I had sent the wrong product back!! A size 5 pair of something??
What an absolute scam someone needs to look into this and see how many people are being scammed!!
