Complete utter shambles. No phone numbers and email complaints take forever. No option to discuss problem on website.. eventually used chat but got absolutely nowhere. Indian call centre. Ordered robes with initials to get added. Never got option to add and now saying processed for delivery. Not what I ordered. No help whatsoever.
Advised to return and charging delivery for there mistake.
Since sports direct took over frasers has hone downhill rapidly.
Losing loyal customers.
I for one will not use again.
Avoid at all costs.
