Order never arrived. No response from House of Fraser to online enquiries.
Eventually after three phone calls to customer service and a request that they escalate the lack of delivery to a complaint they eventually came back and said the parcel had been lost in transit and that because it was lost they would refund the purchase cost (really generous!).
No customer service from House of Fraser, I will never order online with them again.
