I orderd a suit over £600. I was unsure of the size so order two sizes and paid next day delivery, on a Thursday, Friday I get a message to say there is a delay, and they gave me a code to use on the next order for free delivery. I need the suit for a special occasion on tomorrow, Sunday. There is no direct telephone number, just a poor messaging system, saying if it's not delivered in 14 days I can have a refund. Or I can cancel now and the money hopefully will be back in my account 3 to 5 days. I asked what do I do now about my special occasion tomorrow with no suit or money to buy another one. There response was, they can refund the £600 in 3 to 5 days. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please do not buy anything from HOF online, they do not care about anyone and the customer service is the worst. Date of experience: 28 November
