I was horrified that Frasers would not accept any liability when a parcel with a high value was left in an old bin hidden in a bush outside my house and was subsequently stolen!
They refused to discuss the case with me and simply said the case has been closed after sending a photo front the courier of the parcel in the bin. I have never specified a safe place for delivery and expected this to be a signed for parcel given the value. Disgusting customer service, don't shop here.
