Still waiting for refund after 7 weeks. Item ordered 6th December with delivery date of 12th. Didn’t arrive on 12th so I requested cancellation. No response, item shipped on 17th, arrived on 20th. I immediately returned on 20th December. No communication for weeks. Finally stated they had received return on 20th January. Told they cannot refund because it should have been shipped to “brand partner”. Order was with Fraser, therefore contract is with Fraser, so they owe me the money. Still no response or refund 7 weeks later. Will never buy from this company again.
