Its a longstory but HoF really made my Christmas.. Well actually it was the manager and deputy manager of Lakeside Thurrock branch.it involved a FraserTeddyBear and one happy family.i have rarely had such warm hearted and humane customer service that went well beyond anything I could have expected.Well done HoF for acting beyond company policy... You have gained a number of loyal customers as of Christmas 2016
