Ordered Carvela boots and a French Connection dress online. The boots have a glue stain and the dress has 2 holes in the sleeve. I love the dress and there are none left in stock so I asked for a discount. Refused without reason.
Same for the boots. Asked them to fin out if the store had them to swap to save me waiting. Didn't even address my request.
Passes from adviser to adviser and repeated requests made for info already provided.
