Don't buy furniture or carpets from hof, furniture really comes from scs.
Carpets,where do I begin.....should have been fitted 9th Dec, then 18th Dec left without a carpet over Christmas eventually fitted Jan 8th wow at last but and a big but the carpet bears little resemblance to the carpet sample in store, now fighting for it to be rectified, been a week and no further forward.
Absolutely shocked by the attitude of a major retailer.
