I ordered 8 items unfortunately all but one item fit me correctly. I started the return process packaged the items as instructed and was given an Evri pickup date. Evri collected the items then nothing. I waited weeks for the refund then I started chasing. Evri blamed Frasers, Frasers blamed Evri. Eventually I received a refund but for some inexplicable reason it was for only 4 items, one item being the shirt I kept. As it stands I am owed £78 by Frasers. This has been going on for 2 months now. Multiple online chats with Frasers with them constantly disconnecting me. You can't speak with anyone, it's so frustrating on top of dismissive emails. I feel like I have been scammed. So congratulations Frazers you get my £78 but you lost a customer forever and I will make sure everyone I know does the same.
