Firstly must point out the sofa is lovely, no fault there.
However I had to chase HOF to send me a digital order confirmation and reference number, as it got to over a week and all I had was the original paper receipt from the store.
Also I had it took almost 10 weeks for the sofa to arrive, over the original ETA, not sure why it took so long, other companies can make and deliver in less time! found delivery day choice difficult, felt pressured to accept a day that wasn't totally convenient, like 'it had to get out of the warehouse'.
