I visited HOF in Oxford Street, I want to express my sincere thanks and say how wonderful the service, support and advice I received from Spencer and Julija. Ladies I would recommend a visit to this branch if you are looking for something special to wear, I was looking for my wedding dress as a second time, mature bride I felt uncomfortable in high street wedding shops and boutiques. Spencer is a true gent with excellent customer service skills (something you just have and unfortunately cannot teach) his suggests and honesty was truly appreciated, Julija was helpful, attentive and nothing was to much trouble. I found and purchased really happy 😃😃
