Bought a £75 tshirt, wore it three times, washed it once on a gentle 30 degree cycle and it shrunk to the point it no longer fits. I raised this with Frasers who asked me to send it for inspection. They inspected the item and claimed that this is somehow not a manufacturing fault, yet won't give me any details as to why. To add insult to injury, they returned the tshirt with a stain on it added whilst it was in their care. They send generic email responses instead of answering the questions that are asked. Do not give them a penny of your money.
