Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered something online and House of Fraser made the mistake of ordering wrong size of Converse. Unable to cancel or change order and so have to receive it upon delivery. I ordered the shoes as a gift for my daughter as going into hospital and now don't know what to do. Absolutely appalling service from such a recognised company. I will never order from them again.
