Horrible customer service where do I begin.
I had ordered an Armani jacket online and the wrong item was sent over so I went in store to sort out. I was told by one department
I should go and put more pressure on customer services to do something and was then told by customer services that I should have put more pressure on the Armani department on the first floor. I was just told to go to one place to another and have my time wasted. the item i originally ordered was then nowhere to be seen online nor was the wrong item they sent over.
I then complained directly to house of fraser and there response was "some of our material can look different online then in person" like I couldn't tell the difference.
Will not be shopping there again.
