I find the customer service and quality of goods in the House of Fraser store in Victoria London very poor, I bought a jacket and candles there a few weeks ago and the wick on candles did't burn and the jacket zip was faulty. Also the customer service in the womenswear department was appalling. I 'm so please there are more stores opening in the area so I never have to go there again.
