Security tag was left on a new dress which was bought in Superdry in Basingstoke. Went to our local store in Camberley House of Fraser to get it removed rather than going all the way back to Basingstoke. The young lady in the men's clothes department was really unhelpful and rude when we asked if she could remove it. Refused to help claiming that she would lose her job over taking a tag off. We then went over to another lady in the bag section as we couldn't believe this was the case. She was very helpful, and double checked if she was allowed to do this and then took it off straight away. Overall, the lady working in the men's suit department needs to go on customer relations course.
