Leeds house of fraser is a clean, tidy, well equipped store. I have always found the staff helpful and polite. It's a shame how just one person can let the side down. A trip this weekend left me annoyed when the floor manager in the women's department ( named Lisa) was uncaring, disinterested and rude when I returned an item. I heard her telling younger members of staff to 'up their game' and wonder how they can do this when she is acting as their role model.
