I purchased a 3 piece suite from the Wolverhampton store and I am annoyed to find that the sofa, a Burton from the Linea range is two different shades of ivory. I have contacted the service department and will have to wait until 7 September for someone to inspect it.
Surely this should have been checked before delivery?
