I spent £3500 on a dining table and six chairs but the table base has been built upside down and no-one is able to help sort it.
Customer service is a joke, you call and you get passed from pillar to post and no one takes ownership of your issue. You get promised a call back that either doesn't materialise or you get another person who says it's not my dept you need to ring xxx and the sorry cycle starts all over again.
My issue has been ongoing for 3 weeks now and I am still no further forward because frasers are happy to take your money but not wiling to resolve customer issues.
I have now had to refer my case to the furniture ombudsman due to lack of suitable ownership of an issue completely resolveable if only you can get someone who actually cares about customers - a truly shocking set of circumstances that you do not expect from a company so well established and supposed to provide quality goods - in my case nothing could be further from the truth.
