I have had many problems receiving (expensive) items ordered through House of Fraser - they have chosen Yodel as their delivery company who are appallingly unreliable as they employ drivers on a pittance (many cannot speak English) and treat them badly. They lose my stuff all the time. The call centre House of Fraser has chosen to handle our complaints is appalling. An expensive item has gone missing. I have been asking for days for a supervisor to call me back. They don't. The call centre worker says Yodel will contact me. They don't. I don't want them to. I paid my money to House of Fraser and it is up to them to find my parcel - it is contractually their responsibility. No one will tell me if or when I will get a refund. Appalling. Stressful. This is supposed to be a high end brand. No wonder Kendals is doing badly. It will be their own fault when they go out of business. Meanwhile, Trading Standards are taking my case up as I an legally owned money. Shame on House of Fraser. And Shame on Yodel for your appalling service/employment conditions. Edit
