The sales lady (in Bournemouth) went out of her way to make my 87 year old mother feel she was a valued customer. She determined that her feet were actually a smaller size and, although they were not in stock, she went and checked on the computer to find that there was one pair, size 3 left, if we wanted to order online. She wrote down the model and code on a piece of paper and handed that to us. We ordered te shoes when we got home. They came very quickly and were ideal.
