I was browsing for sunglasses whilst my wife was trying out some shoes. The sales assistant (don't recall his name) came over to offer his help. He pointed out there is a £35 pound discount on all designer sunglasses that are polarised. So I was even more interested. Once I found what I liked, I asked if the sunglasses would come with a box but he said that version only came with a pouch. I decided to buy it anyway as it was a nice pair of sunglasses an was a good deal. Whilst making the payment, to my surprise he offered to throw in a box to go with it. I was very pleased with my purchase and his generosity.
