I returned an item to House on Fraser on 30th Novrmber 17. I was advised to enclose a letter which I did for a full refund. They have not acknowledged the letter and have not issued a refund . I phoned that was a waste of tine, useless. Still no refund and acknowledgement of my letter. I phoned again and said I want to raise a formal complaint, I was advised this would be responded to in 48 hours. I emailed and raised a formal complaint 48 hours as long since passed. Still no answer and no refund. USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
