I have been complaining since July this year that I have been unable to order on line it is a problem that you have not resolved and in fact have not dealt with. I am able to use my card in store and have been told it is my phone number which can I say was not altered when the problem occurred i.e. details were the same when this initially happened I have since altered phone number as suggested to no avail. My latest email 2 weeks ago has not been replied to. This is obviously an IT problem and no one at House of Fraser owns a problem and deals with it. I do not live near a store and therefore used on line and have been a faithful customer for over 30 years is this the way to treat customers !!!!!!!!
