Ordered xmas presents for next day store pick up at 12pm, received text at 11am to say order delayed until 3pm, which was going to impact on my hectic schedule, called customer services to explain the issues (early xmas because going away to work for 3 weeks) and that I needed them before 3pm because I had school run and other commitments that night and wouldn't be able to pick up. Customer services said they would liase with collections department to try to make them available as soon as possible. Received txt followed by phone call to let me know that my parcel was ready to collect at 13:30, parcel in hand by 2pm and home in time for school run. Could not fault the service I received and the effort to help ensure parcel was ready for collection. Excellent service.
