The customer service in store and at their complaints chat line is absolutely appalling. Returns policy is totally inadequate only 14 days compared with major competitors like next which is 28 days. not bothered attitude and no discretion showed in store or elsewhere in the company. Purchase two items for my daughters on 14/12/2017 and went back to the Nottingham Branch on 30/12/2017 was told that returns window had expired on 28/12/2017 in affect only giving me the 27th and 28th of December to get my refund.
Spoke to the store assistant and manager with absolutely no discretion or concern shown for the customer. Would advise everyone to stay clear of this company and have a look at the horrendous reviews on trust pilot too STAY CLEAR go elsewhere.
