Consistently provide the slowest most incompetent customer service I've ever experienced. Don't even think about sending back an item you've bought online for a refund unless you don't mind waiting a month, having to chase up numerous times when you aren't refunded, they then claim to have misplaced the parcel and then they get the actual refund wrong at least twice. I've never had any dealings with their customer service that has gone smoothly or promptly.
