Absolutely appalling customer service. kept holding on for 30 minutes x 3 times with no one answering.
Organised a return of furniture took the day off work (annual leave) they sent the wrong transport!!!!! and now unable to get through to them on the phone
It took 7 phone calls in the last week to organise the pick up and it still did not go to plan. Terrible service.
